When online, tap Ask PATCH to connect with our Product Assistance & Technical Care Hound. PATCH is a multilingual AI-powered chatbot that helps answer questions and troubleshoot issues. PATCH connects directly with the Help Center if you need to escalate to a support representative.
Offline User Manual
When offline, or if you prefer browsing articles, tap Offline User Manual to access a cached version of the Blackout User Manual. This offline version is automatically updated whenever you sync the Cloud Fixture Database, ensuring you have the latest content available even without an internet connection.
